BUNNYBIRD

When members of the "bunnybird" flock start to disappear, princess Aster must embark on a quest to rescue her missing friends and family.
Along the way, unlikely friendships are forged and
age-old beliefs are tested. Are the bunnybirds truly as happy as they say? Is their flock a family, or a cult?
BUNNYBIRD

ABOUT ME
I'm a comic artist from the rockies. Nice to meet you!
As a kid growing up between Montana and New Mexico, I spent a lot of time exploring the wilderness. I went on to study illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design, where I graduated with a BFA in 2019.
These days I specialize in colored pencil comic art, but I've been known to work with Copic and Crayola markers as well.
I recently finished my first middle grade fantasy graphic novel for Holiday House, which will be released in the spring of 2024.

"Bunnybird" is a story about tradition,
trauma, and self-expression. It was produced traditionally with Prismacolor colored pencils,
and edited digitally in Photoshop.
The full graphic novel will be available to
purchase wherever books are sold in spring,
2024. Progress photos and other sneak
peeks can be found on Twitter.
